Personal Coaching

Imagine your current situation is a coat.  Do you love wearing it?  Does it fit you well?  Is it your style and colour?  Did you choose it for yourself or was it someone else’s choice?  If you chose it was it to suit you or please someone else?

If you love it and it fits well, that’s great - enjoy it!  If it doesn’t - what would you like to change?

Like coats, sometimes we don’t have a choice in our circumstances - but we can choose how we respond to them.  As we go through life we all change to some degree and the more flexible we are to adapt to our situation the more power we have to be in control of ourselves.

Much of how we behave is based on unconscious decisions that we make based on our beliefs and assumptions.  We all need these to manage our worlds - our brains need some way to filter the vast amount of information they are bombarded with every second - but did you know that we are able to change those beliefs and become more aware of our filters so we can actively change them to be more useful to us in our current time of life and situation?

This is where as your coach I can help you uncover some of your inner beliefs and assumptions and work with you to find a coat that fits you just perfectly for this time in your life.
